I work with some really talented people, which makes my job amazing. One of them is Kelly, who is not only a Fashion Assistant at Marie Claire but also runs a online store called Goodies. Now I love the things Kelly wears on a daily basis so of course I wanted to see her new website; but now I want to spend money. Oops. Well here are some beautiful things I like a lot.

A Fashion Holiday: Mafia Families with Dolce and Gabbanna

The other day we were in Roma eating gelato as one does but now our tour bus has wound up on the Sicilian coastline. These images are so emotive; the scenery, movement and feeling, as well as local people in each shot speak volumes. I particularly love the one I dub 'lunch with the Mafia' posed on steps with dark expressions and matching outfits on all but one of our D&G girls in a sweet minty suit. 

And it looks like after you've caught a tan, a quick samba with the locals is in order before the sun sets. Another sip of limoncello anyone?

&*@# Fashion Girls Say!

I can't swear on my blog for fear that my mother finds this one day, she has a laptop now and increasing techno skills which frightens me slightly. But I absolutely love these two parody videos! I have friends who I ask "Is that Essie or OPI?" regularly, I will admit to hash-tagging out loud (as long as my brother isn't in the vicinity) and "Totes Amaze!" pops out the mouths of my social group rather often. So sit back and watch, you'll love love love doll-face.

And this one too! OBSESSED!! 

 Thank goodness Kelly Bean showed that to us today. Beards are so in right now, especially with bangs. 

Holiday Through Fashion: The Colosseum in Moschino

So today thanks to Moschino's Spring 2012 campaign we are touring Roma- staring with the Colosseum and the ancient wonders of The Forum; then to the Steps of Jerusalem. We will walk around the top of the dome of St Peter's Basilica, see the Sistine Chapel and tour the Vatican, stop off for some gelato while walking down Via della Conciliazione towards The Castle of Saint Angelo before peering through Michaelangelo's Keyhole. 

The it's on to the Pantheon before we end our day with sundowners on the Spanish steps and dinner in Rome's high end shopping district.
